All you need is:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 package McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) undrained white beans
According to the directions on the packet, heat oil and add chicken. Cook until browned.
Add mix, water and beans; reduce head, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
For variety, McCormick’s suggests adding tomatoes or corn.
Try it served sprinkled with cheese and Fritos.
