Three Cheese Spread

This is an excellent recipe for serving with crackers, crisp breads, or raw vegetables. An excellent way to entertain guests at a party, banquet, picnic, family reunion, etc. It contains an excellent source of calcium and protein. Prep time is 15 minutes and chillin time is overnight. This recipe makes one pound of spread.


One package of eight ounce cream cheese, softened

One half of cup of blue cheese, crumbled

One continer, five ounces, of American cheese spread

Two tablespoon of whipping cream

One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

One Tablespoon of minced onion

Two Tablespoons of parsley, minced

One cup of shredded lettuce


1. Combine cheeses and cream in a mixing bowl, blend until smooth.

2. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, and parsley, mix well. Cover and chill overnight.

3. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.

Substitution: Onion powder may be substituted for the minced onion.
