Recipes Vegetarian Burritos

Vegetarian burritos are a very easy to make and your ingredient options are limitless minus the meat of course.


1 – 8 count package of corn tortilla shells
1- 12 ounce can of refried beans
1 medium onion (diced)
1- 12 ounce can of refried beans
2 cups of shredded lettuce
1 cup of fresh tomatoes (diced)
2 cups of shredded cheese (any type)
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of black olives (diced)
1/2 cup of green peppers (diced)
1/2 cup of hot peppers (diced)
2 cups of tofu
2 cups of humus
1 pound of Bocca

The above ingredients are suggestions for your burritos choose which ones you like and leave the rest.

Preheat the oven 325 degrees and warm your shells for 10 minutes.

Lay out all your ingredients, place the meat or meat substitute in the center in an even layer, then add your beans and other ingredients in a layer format. Wrap your burrito and eat!
