Beef liver 300g
Ginger (finely shredded) 1 tablespoon
Cooking wine ¾ tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
White pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1tablespoon
White vinegar – 2 tablespoons
1. Slice beef liver into thick slices. Marinate with ginger, wine, sugar, soy sauce and pepper.
2. Heat cooking oil in pan on low heat. Spread out liver slices on pan and fry till one side golden brown.
3. Sprinkle lemon juice, white vinegar and a little wine. Cover and let fry till quite dry and flavor sealed in.
4. Dish out and sprinkle on some sesame oil.
