Fried Tomato Sauce Beef

I’ve many more Chinese dishes to try since I discovered this site. As there is no beef recipe yet, let me share an easy to cook yet delicious recipe – Tomato Sauce Beef.

500g beef tendon
1 T tomato sauce
1 ½ t sugar
1 t chili sauce
2 or 3 ripe tomatoes
1. Cut beef tendon into small pieces.
2. Fry both sides of beef on high heat – done according to one’s preference.
3. Add the sauces and sugar and mix thoroughly.
4. Serve with the sliced tomatoes on the side.
