~ MSG Monosodium glutamate (free glutamate, hydrolyzed proteins, autolyzed yeast, yeast extract, and caseinate) is a flavor enhancer found in baby formula, some Chinese foods, Campbell soup products, snacks, cookies, frozen dinners, lunch meats, low fat milk, candy, sugary drinks, over the counter medication, and even the chicken pox vaccination. Some people experience severe side effects after consuming foods filled with MSG.

Drink a lot of water. Water helps to flush possible toxins from your system. Take time to chew your food because highly processed foods do not taste very good when you actually chew them.
