The best way for you and your family to avoid dangerous food dyes and preservatives is to buy fresh organically grown meat, dairy, and seasonal produce. Visit your local farm stands or farmers markets. Many grocery stores are offering a wide range of organic foods. Keep your labels simple. Look for whole foods, organic, and natural ingredients. Drink a lot of water. Water helps to flush possible toxins from your system. Take time to chew your food because highly processed foods do not taste very good when you actually chew them. If your mind and body are well rested you are more likely to make better food choices.
