Cantaloupe Salad with Low-fat Cottage Cheese
Cantaloupe – Chopped into big chunks
Strawberries – Sliced
Seedless Grapes – Green or Red
Low-fat Cottage Cheese- One Serving per bowl of Fruit
Wash all fruits before mixing. Mix up fruit varieties in a large bowl just as you would a salad. Use salad tongs to place a serving of fruit mixture into a soup sized bowl. Glass or wooden bowls look lovely with this recipe. Presentation is everything. Add a serving of low-fat cottage cheese in the center of the fruit mixture.
